At Mitibazaar, we carefully pack every clay water bottle to ensure it reaches you safely. Since our products are fragile and made from natural clay, special care is taken during packaging and dispatch.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered contact details.
• Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
• Once your order is dispatched, we will provide shipping/tracking information wherever available.
• Delivery usually takes approximately 4–8 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, during festivals, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
• The courier partner may contact you on the phone number provided with your order for delivery.
SAFE PACKAGING
Every clay water bottle is packed with protective materials to reduce the possibility of damage during transportation.
However, as clay products are fragile, damage during transit may occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and refer to our Return, Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
ADDRESS & DELIVERY
Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are correct while placing your order.
Mitibazaar will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
